Register for the 3-Day Antarmanthan Experience
- ✓ Understand what's really driving your child's behaviour — and how to respond instead of react.
- ✓ A 3-day structured shift covering emotional, nervous-system and communication change — no prior experience needed.
Your data is safe with us. We follow a strict privacy policy — your email and contact will never be shared.
*Average self-reported drop across enrolled mothers within 3 weeks.
You'll discover…
- Why your child listens to teachers, coaches, even strangers — but not you.
- Why the more you repeat yourself, the less they hear you.
- Why yelling works for a day and fails by the weekend.
- The one thing quietly working against you at home right now — even though you're doing everything 'right.'
Are You Worried About Your Child's Behaviour?
Just 10 minutes of daily focus, using the Antarmanthan Method™, can transform your child's future.
Are You Watching Any of This at Home?

The Antarmanthan Method
Antarmanthan means "the inner churning" — the same word used for the ancient story where churning chaos eventually produces nectar. Three simple steps. One rising staircase.
Decode
Understand what your child's behaviour is really telling you — beneath the tantrum, the silence, the screen.
Regulate
Reset your own nervous system before you respond. Your calm is the intervention.
Connect
Communicate in a way that gets you heard, not resisted. This is where cooperation begins.
What Happens Each Day
Decode, Don't React
- The Emotion Iceberg — what's really driving tantrums, silence, defiance
- Building your own calm 'parent anchor'
- Understanding your child's changing brain
Regulate Before You Respond
- The 5-second nervous system reset
- Recognising your own trigger points
- Releasing the guilt that keeps you reactive
- Raising your daily energy
Connect Before You Correct
- The communication shift that ends power struggles
- Building real trust and openness
- Your personalised next step after the 3 days
Why Not Just One Session?
Because a single sitting teaches you something. Three days lets you actually use it — with a live check-in each day and daily support in between, so the shift doesn't fade the moment you close Zoom.
You will finally understand…
- 1Why the harder you try to be a 'good parent,' the more resistance you get — and what to do instead.
- 2The 5-second nervous system reset mothers use mid-meltdown (yours or theirs).
- 3One sentence that instantly lowers a child's defenses — most parents say the opposite.
- 4Loving mothers unknowingly do this daily. It fuels the exact behaviour they're trying to stop.
- 5What actually makes children listen: it isn't discipline, and it isn't rewards.
What Changes in 3 Weeks
Self-reported by mothers who completed Antarmanthan and applied the shifts daily.
Real Mothers. Real Shifts.
These aren't polished one-liners. They're what mothers wrote in after applying Antarmanthan at home.
Yelling dropped by 70% in 3 weeks
Before Antarmanthan, our evenings were a battlefield. Within three weeks the yelling in our house dropped by nearly 70%. Aarav still gets upset, but I don't spiral with him anymore. He said last week, 'Mumma, you feel different now.'
My teenager is talking to me again
My teenager had gone completely quiet — one-word answers, door shut, phone up. After applying just the first shift, he came into the kitchen and started telling me about a fight at school. Unprompted. He's opening up like he hasn't since he was eight.
Mornings with twins finally feel calm
With twins, every small thing turned into a three-way power struggle. Regulating first, then speaking, changed our mornings almost overnight. There is genuine cooperation now, not compliance out of fear. My husband noticed before I did.
I no longer need to raise my voice to be heard
I grew up being shouted at and swore I wouldn't repeat it — then I heard my own mother's voice come out of my mouth. Antarmanthan gave me the pause I never had. Myra listens the first time now, and comes to me when something is wrong.
My 15-year-old said, 'Mom, you actually get me'
I had convinced myself the closeness we once had was gone. Aanchal helped me see how much of Sana's 'attitude' was actually a request for connection. Two months in, she hugged me and said, 'Mom, you actually get me now.'

The Mother Behind Your Parenting Shift
Aanchal didn't start here as an expert. She started as a mother who yelled more than she wanted to, and felt guilty more than she admitted. Antarmanthan — her own Asmi — is what she built on the other side of that.

Before you register
What practical shifts will I be able to use right away?+
You'll leave each day with one usable shift — not theory. Day 1 gives you a way to read your child's behaviour differently. Day 2 gives you a nervous-system reset. Day 3 gives you a communication shift — all usable the same day.
Why is Aanchal doing this?+
Because the shift that changed her own parenting didn't come from another technique — it came from a deeper understanding she wants every mother to have access to.
What makes Aanchal's approach different from other parenting courses?+
Most courses teach you what to say to your child. Antarmanthan starts with you — your nervous system, your patterns — because that's what your child is actually responding to.
What's the difference between this and a regular parenting workshop?+
A regular workshop gives you tips. Antarmanthan gives you a 3-day guided shift, with live sessions and daily WhatsApp support in between, so the change actually sticks.
Do I need to attend all 3 Zoom sessions live?+
Live attendance gets you the most out of it, especially the Q&A. But the WhatsApp group keeps you on track even if you miss a day.
Is this only for young children, or does it work for teenagers too?+
Antarmanthan works for mothers of children aged 5–18 — the shift happens in you, and it applies regardless of your child's age.
What is the registration process, and are there any prerequisites?+
Just register with your name, email and WhatsApp number. No prior experience or preparation is needed — just show up.
Can I invite other mothers to join?+
Yes — forward your registration link to any mother you think would benefit. The more support around you during the 3 days, the better.
The WhatsApp group closes after Day 3.
This isn't an evergreen recording — it's a live cohort moving through 3 days together. Once the group starts, new members can't join mid-way. Your seat is only open until Day 1 begins.
P.S.If you're telling yourself your child is "too stubborn," "too sensitive," or "already too old for this to help" — that's exactly why Antarmanthan was created. Kids don't outgrow the need for connection. They just stop showing it the same way.
P.P.S.Three days. One shift a day. The cost of joining is ₹99. The cost of another year of yelling, guilt and disconnection is one you can't put a price on.
