ANTARMANTHAN: A 3-Day Inner Journey for Parents

You're Good at Handling Everyone Else's Problems. But Why Is It So Hard to Stay Calm When It's Your Own Child?

You know you don't want to shout, control or repeat the parenting you grew up with. But knowing better doesn't always mean you can do better in the moment.

Antarmanthan helps you understand why you react—and how to begin responding differently.

For the woman who holds it all together

You are good at handling everyone else's problems.

You manage work.

Solve problems.

Make decisions.

Take care of everyone.

People may even describe you as strong, capable and responsible.

But at home?

Sometimes one argument, one ignored instruction or one emotional outburst from your child is enough to push you beyond your limit.

And afterwards, you wonder:

“Why did I react like that?”

Antarmanthan begins with that question.

The Antarmanthan Method

Antarmanthan means looking within.

Because before we can change how we respond to our child, we often need to understand what is happening within us first.

1
Step 01

Decode

Look Beyond the Behaviour. Your child's behaviour is often communicating something. Learn to look beneath anger, silence, resistance and conflict before deciding what needs to change.

2
Step 02

Regulate

Understand Your Reaction. Notice what gets activated inside you when parenting becomes difficult. Create a little more space between the trigger and your response.

3
Step 03

Connect

Guide Without Losing the Relationship. Learn how to communicate and hold boundaries in ways that create more understanding, cooperation and emotional safety.

The way you feel affects the way you respond.

The 3-Day Journey

Over the Next 3 Days, You'll Discover…

Day 1

Look Beyond the Behaviour

Why your child's behaviour affects you more than you think.

Discover why children often resist the people closest to them — and what may be happening beneath the behaviour you are trying to correct.

  • Why children resist the people closest to them
  • What's happening beneath the surface of tantrums, silence or defiance
  • How to read behaviour as communication, not disobedience
Day 2

Look Within

Why you still react — even when you know better.

Discover what happens inside you in the seconds before you shout, lecture, threaten or lose patience — and the hidden patterns that may be influencing your parenting.

  • The seconds between trigger and reaction
  • Hidden patterns that drive shouting, lecturing or threats
  • A simple reset for your own nervous system in the heat of the moment
Day 3

Parent Differently

Take what you have discovered about yourself and begin choosing what happens next.

Awareness becomes powerful when it changes what you do next.

Inside the 3 Days

This is not about becoming a perfect parent.

Over three days, you will begin to understand:

  • 1Why you react even when you promised yourself you wouldn't.
  • 2Why some behaviours trigger you far more than others.
  • 3Why children often resist the people they feel safest with.
  • 4How your own childhood may quietly influence your parenting.
  • 5What can change when you begin responding with more awareness.
The Shift · At a Glance

The Shifts Mothers Often Begin to Notice

These are not promises. They are shifts mothers often begin to experience when they start showing up with more awareness.

🌿More awareness before reacting.
🌿Less guilt after difficult moments.
🌿A better understanding of what their child may actually need.
🌿More confidence holding boundaries.
🌿More opportunities to repair after conflict.
🌿A stronger sense of connection at home.

Real Mothers. Real Shifts.

These aren't polished one-liners. They're what mothers wrote in after applying Antarmanthan at home.

Mumma, You Feel Different Now.

Before Antarmanthan, our evenings were a battlefield. Aarav still gets upset, but I don't spiral with him anymore. Last week he looked at me and said, 'Mumma, you feel different now.' That stayed with me.

My teenager is talking to me again

My teenager had gone completely quiet — one-word answers, door shut, phone up. After applying just the first shift, he came into the kitchen and started telling me about a fight at school. Unprompted. He's opening up like he hasn't since he was eight.

Mornings with twins finally feel calm

With twins, every small thing turned into a three-way power struggle. Regulating first, then speaking, changed our mornings almost overnight. There is genuine cooperation now, not compliance out of fear. My husband noticed before I did.

I no longer need to raise my voice to be heard

I grew up being shouted at and swore I wouldn't repeat it — then I heard my own mother's voice come out of my mouth. Antarmanthan gave me the pause I never had. Myra listens the first time now, and comes to me when something is wrong.

My 15-year-old said, 'Mom, you actually get me'

I had convinced myself the closeness we once had was gone. Aanchal helped me see how much of Sana's 'attitude' was actually a request for connection. Two months in, she hugged me and said, 'Mom, you actually get me now.'

What makes this different

This isn't just about learning what to say to your child.

Most parenting advice tells you

What your child needs.

Antarmanthan also asks

What happens inside you when parenting becomes difficult?

Because you may already know:

Shouting doesn't help
Connection matters
Children need boundaries
Screens create conflict
Communication is important

Knowing isn't always the problem.

What happens when you're triggered is.

And that is the space Antarmanthan is designed to explore.

About the Mentor

The Woman Behind Antarmanthan

Aanchal didn't begin this journey because she wanted to give parents another set of techniques. She began with a question many mothers quietly carry:

“If I know so much, why do I still react this way with my own child?”

You can be capable. Educated. Successful. Good at handling pressure. And still find yourself losing patience with the person you love most.

Because parenting doesn't only test what you know. It often brings you face-to-face with parts of yourself you didn't know were still there.

That journey of looking within became Antarmanthan.

Questions

Before you register

What practical shifts will I be able to use right away?+

You'll leave each day with one usable shift — not theory. Day 1 gives you a way to read your child's behaviour differently. Day 2 gives you a nervous-system reset. Day 3 gives you a communication shift — all usable the same day.

Why is Aanchal doing this?+

Because the shift that changed her own parenting didn't come from another technique — it came from a deeper understanding she wants every mother to have access to.

What makes Antarmanthan different?+

Most parenting programmes begin with what you should do differently with your child.

Antarmanthan begins by helping you understand what happens inside you when parenting becomes difficult.

Because sometimes the biggest shift doesn't come from learning another parenting technique.

It comes from understanding the pattern behind your reaction.

What's the difference between this and a regular parenting workshop?+

A regular workshop gives you tips. Antarmanthan gives you a 3-day guided shift, with live sessions and daily WhatsApp support in between, with time between sessions to reflect, notice what happens at home and practise the shifts in real situations.

Do I need to attend all 3 Zoom sessions live?+

Live attendance gets you the most out of it, especially the Q&A. But the WhatsApp group keeps you on track even if you miss a day.

Is this only for young children, or does it work for teenagers too?+

Antarmanthan works for mothers of children aged 5–18 — the shift happens in you, and it applies regardless of your child's age.

What is the registration process, and are there any prerequisites?+

Just register with your name, email and WhatsApp number. No prior experience or preparation is needed — just show up.

Can I invite other mothers to join?+

Yes — forward your registration link to any mother you think would benefit. The more support around you during the 3 days, the better.

Live Cohort · Fixed Dates

The WhatsApp group closes after Day 3.

This isn't an evergreen recording — it's a live cohort moving through 3 days together. Once the group starts, new members can't join mid-way. Your seat is only open until Day 1 begins.

P.S.

The next difficult parenting moment is coming anyway. Your child may argue. Ignore you. Shut down. Push back. Or press that one button that makes you react before you even realise it. The question isn't whether difficult moments will happen. The question is: will you repeat the same pattern—or begin to understand it well enough to choose something different?

P.P.S.

You don't need to become a perfect mother. You don't need to stay calm every second. And you don't need to have all the answers. But you can begin to understand what happens inside you when parenting becomes difficult. And sometimes, that is where an entirely different relationship begins.
